Mission & VIsion

Extra Mile Fitness is a “tool in the tool belt” helping you reach new fitness goals.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My specialities include running (5K to marathon distances) and strength training. I program with a mindset of functional fitness & performance gains.

how it ALL started

I have forever been a fitness enthusiast with a passion for running and strength training. I began distance running in 2011. Currently an 8x marathon finisher with the mileage & training plans to prove it! Some of the more prominent marathons completed include: New York, Chicago, Napa & Seattle.

In January ‘19 my best friend and her husband asked for help to run their first 10K & half marathon. I crafted plan and gave helpful hints along the way for both fueling & strategy. They crushed it, but what mattered most… is they enjoyed the journey!

Their smiles & sense of accomplishment at the finish line was my motivation to start Extra Mile Fitness. Best part? You don’t need to be a ‘runner’ to ‘go the extra mile’… simply willing to push the limits in your own way. Take an extra step, set or rep to reach your own new levels.

  • Beginner running plans - get ready to run your first mile, 5K up to half marathon.

  • Advanced running plans - turn up the heat on your pace or reach a new distance (up to marathon distance).

  • Coaching for warm-up’s & cool down stretching

General Fitness

  • Instructional videos to complete on your own time, customized to your goals & at home equipment.
